Yellow.ai Appoints Neeru Mehta as First Human Resources Manager

Yellow.ai, the world’s first next-generation Total Experience (TX) automation platform, today announced the appointment of Neeru Mehta as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). This senior executive hire follows the brand’s announcement of its aggressive plans to expand globally and hire talent across all verticals.

As CHRO, Neeru will be responsible for strengthening the employer brand strategy and people culture at Yellow.ai, especially for new regions and strengthening the leadership team which has grown 50% in markets over the past of the last two quarters. With a workforce that already numbers more than 700 people, Yellow.ai is expected to reach the milestone of 1,000 employees worldwide by 2022. With the arrival of Neeru Mehta as CHRO, Yellow.ai will intensify its hiring plans with a clear goal of replicating its people-first culture in the new markets the company is expanding into, including Southeast Asia, the United States, the Middle East and Latin America.

Neeru Mehta joins Yellow.ai with 22 years of experience in various roles including human resources, consulting, project management and philanthropy. She is also a certified coach in leadership and transition coaching. Prior to joining Yellow.ai, Neeru was Senior Vice President – Global Head – Organizational Effectiveness for Global Logic, a Hitachi Group Company. She also led CSR initiatives at GlobalLogic. Neeru has also held senior positions at HCL Technologies and Birlasoft.

Over the past year, Yellow.ai has grown its recurring revenue by 470% by adding more than 300 people across the globe, with 80% of the total workforce based in India. The company has previously announced that it will hire talent across verticals, including sales, marketing, services and core engineering, such as product and platform development, with 20% opportunities reserved for beginners.
